Christopher advises principals and contractors on all issues of construction contract law as well as architects’ and engineers’ law. He supports extensive construction projects and is particularly active in the in-court and out-of-court enforcement of claims for payment of work and as well as the supervision of projects during the construction phase.
A further focus is contract drafting in real estate law project development.
He also advises on corporate law and company acquisition as well as corporate law restructuring.
