Sebastian advises primarily on high-value project developments, ranging from luxury residential and commercial project to offshore wind farms. His focus is on drafting contracts in order to avoid conflict and advising on claims/ant-claim management. Thanks to his earlier activities as Head of the Legal Department at a project development and property development company, he is particularly familiar with the requirements of the practice. His key practice areas include providing support for real estate transactions including due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation in real estate acquisitions (asset/share deals) and (commercial) lease law.

- Legal project management JurProM® of the construction project Sophienterrassen and provision of legal advice to other large projects in Hamburg and Berlin
- Construction law advice on offshore wind farms e.g. Meerwind South/East, both in supplementary negotiations and in arbitration and mediation proceedings
