Anna Ruth is active in the fields of construction law, real estate law and neighbour law. She advises and represents private and public clients on all administrative law issues in connection with the realisation of construction projects and the implementation of authorisation procedures under public law.
Her key practice areas are in construction planning law and building regulations. Anne Ruth also advises on all issues relating to neighbour law and real estate law. She represent clients in out-of-court conflict resolution as well as in litigious proceedings before the courts.

- Studied public administration at the Hessian University of Applied Sciences for Police and Administration, 2007 to 2010
- Studied law with a focus on public commercial law and environmental law at the Justus Liebig University Gießen, 2010 to 2016
- Legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Frankfurt am Main, 2017 to 2019
- Ongoing PhD in public law (construction land models) at the University of Trier/Technical University of Kaiserslautern with Prof. Dr. Willy Spannowsky
- Research assistant at Kapellmann, 2019 to 2020
