Maria provides comprehensive advice on all areas of private construction law, real estate law and lease law. A further key practice area is providing support to complex projects in the field of renewable energy (onshore and offshore wind farms).
In addition to advising and supporting clients through contract negotiations, Maria is also highly experienced in contentious matters, and is frequently consulted by clients as a reliable "trouble shooter" when problems or disputes arise. She represents clients in out-of-court negotiations as well as before the courts and arbitral tribunals, recognising that each matter requires a tailored approach that properly reflects the commercial interests of the client.
