Dr Nikolas Brunstamp

Nicolas advises on issues related to private construction law with a special focus on offshore wind farm projects. His advice covers all phases of the realisation of such projects, from contract negotiation, manufacturing and installation right through to the operating phase. If disputes cannot be amicably resolved, Nicolas represents the firm’s clients in adjudication, arbitration and ordinary court proceedings.

• Contract negotiations for a contractor regarding a contract for the construction of an offshore wind farm (all parts of the farm except the WEA)

• Advising the owner of a wind farm in the North Sea regarding defects that occurred during the warranty period
