Stephan advises on real estate law and private construction law. A key practice area is commercial lease law, particularly in relation to production and logistics properties and retail space. He also supports clients in transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate. In addition, he provides advice in connection with securities, guarantees and insolvency proceedings. Stephan advises his clients in German, English, French and Dutch.

- Providing ongoing advice on lease law and management law to a Luxemburg real estate fund in connection with a shopping centre
- Advising on the sale of a commercial real estate portfolio in Berlin with a value of c. EUR 250 million
